The Inland American Business Manager & Advisor (IABMA) manages all aspects of the Inland American real estate portfolio including acquisitions and dispositions.  The IABMA has a dedicated team responsible for defining and executing our investment strategy in an effort to produce the highest possible returns to the REIT and our stockholders.  We continue to concentrate on the following core elements of our investment strategy – investing in income producing, premium assets in high demand locations; selling non-performing or non-core assets and redeploying the proceeds into higher yielding assets; penetrating attractive markets and asset classes to build scale.
